In addition to our service fees, visa applications require fees paid to the consulate and may be subject to supplemental processing fees. Shipping and additional service fees are separate. A valid passport and missionary visa are required for travel to Egypt.

Passport Requirements:
Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay in Egypt, with at least one blank passport page available for Egyptian visa stamp. Amendment pages in the back of the passport are not suitable for visa stamp(s). Washington, DC: you must also submit two copies of your passport information page
Egypt Visa Application Form:
One Egypt visa application form. After placing your order, fill out the application form included in your Visa Application Kit. Signature must be original on the visa application. Washington, DC: You must provide two sets (one original and one copy) Los Angeles: You must print your application single-sided and on a single page. Applications that are printed double-sided or on other pages of the visa application kit will not be accepted by the consulate.
Photo Requirements:
Two recent 2 x 2 passport high definition color photos, front view and with a plain/light background.
OR - you can upload a photo when you place your order, instead of providing physical passport photos.
Business Letter
Letter from sponsoring organization in the United States, on official letterhead, introducing the applicant, indicating the applicant’s status/position held in the organization, clearly stating the purpose of visit to Egypt. The letter must also indicate the organization will financially responsible for the applicant and must provide detailed contact information in Egypt.

Houston:
Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate: All visa applicants; except infants who are less than 9 months old, coming from any of the following countries are required to provide an original yellow fever vaccination certificate. The certificate must be valid for at least 10 days before reaching the Egyptian ports.
These countries are: Angola, Argentina, Benin, Bolivia, Brazil, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, Colombia, Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Ecuador, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, French Guinea, Gabon, Gambia, Guinea-Bissau, Guyana, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Mauritania, Niger, Nigeria, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Senegal, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Togo, Trinidad and Tobago, Uganda, or Venezuela.
Polio Vaccination Certificate: All visa applicants; regardless of their citizenship, must provide an original polio vaccination certificate if they are coming from polio-infected countries (Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nigeria, Somalia, New Guinea, Democratic Republic of Congo, Syria, Kenya, or Niger). The applicant must have a certificate of Polio vaccination prior to entering Egypt, from 4 weeks to 12 months at most, regardless of age.
